How to order

2. The mininum order is US $1000.

2.1 Adenium seeds. You must pay for :

• -Seeds cost
• -Documents handling (Phytosanitary Certificate, etc) about US $100 per shipment.
• -Shipment cost, We will ship the seed via Thailand Post Express Mail Service (EMS), the shipment cost depend on the weight and country.

2.2 Adenium plants. You must pay for :

• -Plants cost
• -Documents handling (Phytosanitary Certificate, etc) about US $100 per shipment.
• -Packing and cleaning about 20% of plants cost. (How to cleaning & packing click here)
• -Shipment cost.
  • -Door to Door, We will ship the plants via Thailand Post Express Mail Services (EMS), the shipment cost depend on the weight and country.
  • -Air Port to Air Port, We will ship the plants via Air freight(cargo):
    • You much to pay the transportation cost from Paisit Farm to Suvarnabhumi Airport about US $200 and Air freight(cargo) cost.
    • The Air freight(cargo) cost depend on the weight and country (destination airport).

3. When placing the order (Purchased Requisition-PR) Please give us the following:

• 3.1The products you like to order and quantities; quality and price.
• 3.2Information need for order: - Customer's Full Name and Full Addressograph
  • Telephone, Fax number and E-mail address
  • Destination Airport
  • Expected arrival date

4. When we receive your order  , we will check the stock and calculate the product cost and shipment cost, etc and confirm you again (Proforma Invoice-PI).

5. As soon as we receive your finalized Confirmation for the order (Purchased Order -PO)

and receive your full amount of money by Bank Transfer or Western Union-money transfer (See the Detail of Payment, "How To Pay" - here ) We will ship the products via Thailand Post Express Mail Service (EMS) or Air freight(cargo).

6. The Shipment will provide you the following documents for shipment clearing:

• -Product Invoice
• -Packing List
• -EMS invoice / Airwaybill
• -Phytosanitary Certificate (Issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand )

7. Import Permitted

In case you need the Import Permitted, please inform us in advance for preparation.

8. Complaints

Complaints concerning the quality of our products must be reported within 24 hours via E-mail : info@thailandadenium.com or paisitfarm@gmail.com with damage confirmation document and photograph.
